Allow merchant to take a cash and check payment on Express

It would be really nice if we could accept any tender type on the express app rather than just credit card just like Quick Pay allows on mxmerchant.com

Invoice via MX express APP.

off leash K9 primarily used the phone app for single payments.. many clients prefer to process payment via an invoice. Takes too long on the smart phone to send an invoice via main web site.
