Custom Payment Defaults by User

Add multiple discount option to Settings > Discounts

Add the following two options (just like MX Retail iPad app has) to the settings > Discounts page. On Orders, Invoices, and Recurring plans Allow Multiple Order Level Discounts (toggle) Allow Multiple Discounts Applied to a Single Product (toggle)
