Show a link to the related payment of the payment detail If there is a refund or a sale complete

Sales reports by User

MX4 and 5 have reports that can be run by User and/or Device. I have merchants that require this feature to run their business and determine where payments are coming from. Can't turn off 4/5 without this feature in 6.

Need to print detailed settlement reports directly from the site

On MX4 the merchant can press a print button when viewing a detailed settlement report. Please add that function. Have had several merchants request.
