Display the customer status on the customer view

We now have customer statuses within MX Merchant web and it would be nice to see those same statutes on the MX Retail app so we don't accidentally assign an order to a customer who is no longer an active member for any reason.

Swipe to the right of a cart that is saved should allow me to delete the cart

Currently the delete process is a little strange. I am used to being able to swipe my finger on the line from right to left and having the option to delete.

Allow merchants to install the Retail app upon signing in to MX Retail on the iPad

Right now you have to have the MX Retail app installed on your MX Merchant account prior to logging into the MX Retail app on the iPad. It would be nice to allow the Supervisors and Admins the ability to install upon sign in if they haven't already.

Add a filter to the order screen so merchants can filter by order statuses

The filter should be available to the right of the search bar and should have the following options (just like MXM) for the merchant to filter on to see the Fulfillment, payment and order statuses.

Currently we have the following 5 variant options that are predetermined for all merchants: Style, color, size, type, and material. However, those don't allow merchants to get creative with the types of products and how they enter them on the app....
