Auth Only Expiration Notifications

Please add invoice field to recurring invoice so that we can track the purchaser and the person they are purchasing for.

We can only effectively use this product if we can pull reports that have both the defendant and cosignor.

Admin notification of updates

On MXM when admin enables notification feature, notifications should be for every user under admin (supervisor, staff/clerk). The admin should be alerted upon feature being enabled.

Allow a user to add title/description to a saved cart.

We won't always have customer names. So it would be nice to allow us to add a title or description to easily identify the cart we are looking for.
