Ability to print a Merchant and Customer receipt

Merchant copy will be basic, only showing the total and a signature

Customer copy will have the line item detail with no signature line.

    An option to auto print employee  receipts would be a nice option because reprinting is hard because orders rarely stay in order and are hard to track.
