Billing is not the first place I look for monthly statements. It's not clear who is billing whom for what. Reporting might be another place to put statements. Or the dashboard? Your documents section appears to be non-functional. And it's hard to download statements once found. You have to know the trick of hitting print, previewing as a pdf and then exporting via Acrobat.
