What I am describing is on iPhone, or other devices when vertical. Many people are like me and have their phone set to not rotate the screen when the phone is sideways, so the screen is less than 480px wide, and the payment modal popover is too wide for the screen in this case. A customer would be unable to pay when clicking the pay link from safari on their phone. everything else is setup for mobile, but there is a line of code in bootstrap- overrides.css that is forcing the width of this screen to extend off the
iPhone screen.
