Ability to set User's to only be able to view activity that they process Merged

Currently all users can see each others activity (regardless of user levels) via the Payments Tab.
I understand Admin and possibly supervisor user levels having access to this information
but some merchants would like staff/clerk users to have not have access to everyone elses' payments.
Currently the Payments Tab shows all transactions ran, regardless of user.

It would be nice if there is a custom flag that could be adjusted or something that limits said users to only have access to payments that they run personally.

Some merchants that have commission based incentives for their employees are running into privacy concerns.

Having this feature, would solve that issue.
