GIVE MERCHANTS THE ABILITY TO RESPOND TO CHARGEBACKS OR RETREIVALS

Please add link that provides the chargeback or retrieval request letter. This site should more importantly allow merchants to respond to chargebacks or retrieval requests.  prior to "upgrading" our terminals, I was also to respond to all disputes and retrieval requests via myclientline.com.  I feel that we are moving backwards with this MX merchant site.

    This feature would be so helpful! Retrievals and chargebacks are on the rise. Merchants join PPS just with this one selling point!
