Add Canada! Under +ADD ADDRESS SECTION- PLEASE ADD DROP DOWN FOR CANADA SPECIFICALLY SO WE CAN CREATE A PROPER INVOICE AND OTHER COUNTRIES

please update and add Canada as a country otherwise we have no way to add in a proper address without choosing a state in the US w/ zero's for zip code;  MX needs to add Canada and other countries as a drop down feature where it only offer" united States"; huge problem looks like we cannot create proper invoices; thx
