Email reminder for recurring invoices

On the old service, you would email a reminder of a pending auto withdrawal a week prior to the withdrawal.  My parents really liked it.  They appreciated the reminder.  The new system doesn't have that option.

    Do I have to set up each customer individually, put in each person's
    amount, etc?

    To set up the reminder notifications for recurring you go to Settings, then click on the Invoice tile. At the bottom of that page you will see reminder notification settings for both before the recurring plan is going to run and if it is past due you can set up a notification for how many days after.
