I have a hard time with this program especially when it comes to search button.

This program looks like not a friendly user for it gives us customers hard time in searching documents we need on the specific situation especially when we need to search any transaction on the given day and situation.

As a customers we would like a program that will not give us hard time in any situation please look for this matter.

If you may, i would suggests to please change your program that will visible the search engine and us not to call the company for help, this will save us all effort and time.
