We NEED to restrict employee access to Financial Data but enable authorizations

In the course of our business we regularly require all employees to process unsettled batches, or "holds" on client's credit cards. We are in a rental industry, and often when clients don't have insurance for some items we will do a credit card hold in lieu of a deposit. The only way to enable this feature for employees is to have their access set to an Administrator. The problem is that administrator's can see the companies full credit card receipt history including how much revenue the company is bringing in which is sensitive data. 

We want our employees to be able to process holds on cards without seeing all of the sensitive data This is super important! Please implement this change asap, or make another class of employee between Admin and Clerk that hides this data but still enables holds.

    This just came up for me as well for a multi-location card dealership who wants to be able to use authorization only transactions to put a hold on funds for their loaner car program, but does not want to give all employees supervisor level access to reporting.
