The flags feature for mis-matched AVS / CVV info is great, but if CVV / AVS is omitted, I'd like to see a flag next to those transactions as well.

Far too often I have clients running card on file or recurring payments where they are not utilizing AVS, as they assume its stored on the customer profile.  As such these transactions downgrade, but are not flagged.  So from the clients perspective, they dont understand that transaction will downgrade, as there is no flag so they did anything "wrong" when they processed it as the transaction didnt get flagged.

As a sales rep, its easier to just say "if you see a flag, something was done incorrectly".  This will reduce overall interchange fees for merchants.
