Add Source to Transaction Report (and others as see fit) to show where transaction originated ie Auth.net, ePN, RoamPay, physical terminal, MX

The transaction report is a wonderful addition, but it would also be helpful to know where the transaction originated such as from a physical terminal, authorize.net, eProcessingNetwork, RoamPay…  I know there are many VAR options, but I assume that there are different feeds that come into PPS from each of these VARs so that they could be identified on this (or other) report.  This would be extremely helpful for a merchant when trying to reconcile their transactions from the different sources.  So many merchants use multiple modes now for mobile, online, in person transactions that it's becoming more difficult for them to keep it all straight.

    The transaction report only shows payments through our MX Gateway
