Payment link page should only show icons for enabled card brands

Some merchants to not accept AMEX (or Discover), yet when they utilize the payment link from MXMerchant, all four card brand logo icons show on the payment page.  This page should only show the logo icons for the card brands that the merchant accepts.  If too difficult to 'program' from their setup page, please allow the option to choose which card brand logos show on the payment page.  This can be done simply by providing radio buttons to click on to enable/disable card brand logos for each link2pay page created.
