Put Statements in the main menu where we can find it - its buried worse to find it than it was before. Merged

Used to be buried under Reports, but at least it showed up immediately under Reports as Statements.  Now its buried under Account > Merchant Services > NOT visible because its invisible in the drop down until you guess to try the drop down.  Just bad since paperless is supposed to be the big thing, at least I should be able to find it front and center upon the main page.
