Keep the account information PRIVATE!!!! - not seen by supervisor settings

I the administrator and owner of the account can see the last 4 digits of my SS.  My supervisor (employee)- who needs access to process payments, can also access my account and see the last 4 digits of my SS.  Should not be visible BY ANYONE!!!!
