Currently the payment filter allows you to filter down by the type of Authorization. Now that we show the different statuses of an authorization on the payment grid the user would like to drill down by any authorizations that have a remaining balance. These are indicated to the user by a tran type of Authorization and a status icon of a empty green dollar sign or an empty yellow dollar sign.

The filter should look as follows. When the user clicks on the payment filter and click on Authorizations an sub option should appear under authorizations that says "With Auth Balance" (I believe Indira has this done but just hidden so before redoing work, you may want to check with her). By clicking on Authorizations only it should show ALL authorizations regardless of their status. Clicking on Authorizations then clicking on the "With Auth Balance" filter below should show only authorizations with an auth balance (indicated with the green and yellow empty dollar sign status icons)

This additional option on the filter should not affect it being used in conjunction with any of the other filter options.
