Option to make "Advanced" fields Mandatory

We've had several requests to have an option where the "Advanced" Fields (such as invoice number / customer number) can be made Mandatory (for both Quickpay and MX Express app).  This way employees aren't able to run transactions without inputting data into those fields should the merchant/owner want this to be in place.
