Please give us a way to ring up Gift Certificates so they don't go into our income totals.

We regularly redeem gift certificates and would like a way to easily identify them without adding them to our sales totals.  We have already been paid when the certificate was purchased and do not want to have it be duplicated into our business' income/sales totals.
