Provide an automated "Getting Started" walkthrough of the app

When a user has just accessed MX Retail app for the first time provide an onscreen walkthrough of the app. It should show users how to perform the basic functions within the app. It should also be accessible again so if the user wants to access it later they can do so from the settings page at any time.
