MX Merchant Ideas

This is a general complaint that I know we don't have control over at this point, but MX Retail processes all card transactions as Credit, and doesn't appear to be able to process PIN Debit transactions. This can create a difficult situation with merchants that have come to expect a lower processing rate when their customers use debit, and as we know Clover (the most attractive and closest alternative to MX Retail on an iPad) does support digital PIN capture on the tablet screen.
