Request to Make Link2pay Page a responsive mobile site

Merchants say link2pay page is not mobile friendly.

link2pay generate invoice number

Since we moved from MX4 link2pay to MX6 link2pay or v3, link2pay no longer generates an invoice number. Merchants are used to getting that info.
