Need ability to Comp items and track

Like the ability to comp an item on a ticket and then be able to track what items were comp'd via reports

MXinvoice shipping and bill to address label

It would be helpful if the shipping label can be printed in the way that it will fit inside of an envelop. It seems that this feature has since been changed and no longer is it the right size to fit like it used to be.
