EMV card reader option

I know its no small request, but I havent seen anyone else request it yet...

I had it happen again yesterday with a multi-location client who just purchased a new practice.   Their previous processor had an EMV enabled stand alone terminal, and although the staff loves the functionality of MX, I have to "walk them back" from using EMV to saying that swipe is sufficient, and cross my fingers no one disputes based on lost / stolen card.

    This shows "Shipped" but https://developer.mxmerchant.com/docs/supported-hardware still shows no EMV USB solution for MX Merchant (Quickpay) on computer.  What is the real status?

    EMV Readers for MX Merchant are coming soon. We will have two hardware options with another coming later this year.

    Any ETA on when a EMV USB Reader for MXMerchant.com (QuickPay) will be available?

    Thank you, Allie.  I will follow up to increase our security with the MX Express app. 

    Andrew, I'm sorry if I usurped your request.  I hope PPS will continue working on a computer solution for you. I would have been asking for it too if we hadn't acquired iPads for onsite payments.  I am sure a lot of folks could benefit from what you are asking.

    Ronna, we don't currently have an EMV solution for the website. However, we do have an EMV chip and NFC card reader for the Express app that works for both iPhone and iPad. The card reader is called the Walker C2X. Please contact your Agent or reach out to Customer Service at 800-935-5961 to get yours today.

    This is for mxmerchant as accessed via their computer, not the app.  i have many merchants that use mxmerchant for card present sales.

    Are you looking to have an EMV solution available for when someone is using MX Merchant on their computers or on the MX Express and/or MX Retail iOS apps?
