Option to send Receipt as an Attachment or in the Body of the Email instead of a Link

Had multiple reports of customers  unable to open the link that gets sent to them to access their receipt.  Would be nice if there was a attachment/image of the actual receipt that can be sent opposed to a link that the customer has to click on the receive their receipts.

    This really needs to happen - receipts are currently not obvious, and can easily be mistaken for spam. PLUS they require a click. This data should be in the body of the email.
