I found in the Mx Retail app that the cart does not save a customers items, therefore there is no way to go back in at a later point in time and finish the order. It would be extremely helpful to be able to save things to a customers cart for numerous reasons. Sometimes people do not always want to purchase what they put in their cart without hesitation, but in this situation the customer must check out immediately otherwise all items are lost. I foresee this forced check out scenario leading to more refunds and returns than if one was able to simply save items to the cart for review and revisions.
