B2B - add reporting for cards qualifying as B2B if B2B app is installed

Some of our merchants use both terminals and MX B2B app for processing. They have requested a method of determining which cards they have ran that are sent with level 2 and level 3 data. Ideally a reporting function that lists all B2B submissions.
