Customize the Signature line in order to remove pen icon and replace with "Signature on File"

Many clients think they need to sign and return the emailed receipt because there is a pen icon on the signature line. To avoid this confusion, we would like to be able to add "Signature on File" next to the pen icon or make this a customized field in order to add/remove the pen icon and have the ability to add text to the signature line as needed.
