Record history of supervisor password

When a supervisor enters there credentials to approve a discount it is not currently recorded anywhere. In cas an employee knows the login credentials this would be helpful to deter internal fraud. It should show up in the order history that an approval code was entered on such and such date and time to approve discount (or void or return)
