Cardholder confirmation before using card in Vault

I recently completed an online order with a merchant using Shopify.  When it came time for payment it advised it would send me code to be able to access card number stored. Once I entered the last 4 of card and card type appeared.   I think this would be a great feature for our merchants and could help prevent chargebacks.

    When used on a payment terminal, credit and debit cards can require a cardholder verification method (CVM) to make sure that the person using the card is the legitimate cardholder. Verification is done with a personal identification number or shopper signature.
