scroll month to month on Dashboard

on the dashboard i can select monthly weekly or yearly.... i would then like to be able to go forward and backward to compare.  such as October to Sept how did that compare then back again to August or July.  same with years look at this year then 2016 or 2015.  arrows on the side of the page that let me go forward or backward by whatever quantity is selected at the top.  year, week, month... whatever
