Separate Auto Batch Close for CC and ACH

Due to current differences in CC daily close and the ACH processing windows, there needs to be an ability to auto and/or manually close the two different payment types at different times. This will allow for the ACH items to make the evening process window on current day and the CC to close at EOB nightly.
