Enhancement Request #1
- Would like more specific and custom options when it comes to setting a auto-recurring schedule. For example, currently there is a Weekly, Monthly, Yearly option. Which I understand is the "norm" so to speak. But we have a client that needs recurring setups including "Daily" and sometimes, Every 2 Days, Every 10 Days, etc. A good way to do this would be to have a "Every" option. . .Then a "sub-option" if you will (Day, Week, Month, etc.). . .Then a box you can put a number in to schedule the payment. So for example, if you wanted to setup a recurring for every other month. . .You would select the "Every" option, then set the Sub option to "Month" then enter the number to "2" in the box, to tell the system to run that payment "Every 2 Months". Alternatively, if you wanted to setup a payment for every two Days. . .You would do the same, Every, then set the Sub to "Day". . .then set your number to 2, that way the system will run the payment every 2 days, etc.
This would really help meet the recurring schedule customization needs for the multitude of businesses out there, as not all business obviously bill on the same cycles.
Enhancement Request #2
- Put in place both a CVV option AND Zip/Address option in the Recurring Template (OR at least put this info in the account vault for the Customer Database which auto applies during in the recurring process).
On quickpay transactions you have a way to verify that information on every payment, which helps qualify for the best rates and helps prevent fraud and therefore, chargebacks. It would be awesome if there was a way (Maybe in the Customer/Account Vault Field) to put in this data, so that even on Recurring payments, both the CVV and the Address/Zip are being checked as well with the card issuing bank(s) on each transaction to help merchants guard against fraud and/or chargebacks.
Enhancement Request #3
- Need to be able to EDIT THE SCHEDULE on Recurring Billing contracts. Currently you have to "Cancel" an existing contract and setup a new one from scratch if you want to make any changes to the billing date/schedule. This seems like a lot of work, you can edit the card info, you should be able to edit the billing dates/schedule for an existing contract as well.
