Statement detail

There is no information on the statement regarding payments to our bank account.  I have had to look in several places to get the information I need to balance to the bank.

    In our case, we need statements to reflect "Customer name" and "Source." Both of those show up in the "Payments" view — but that only shows a limited number of transactions (a rolling 1 month view, perhaps?) — we need that information to show up on monthly statements too.
