Adding address for overseas/foreign customers

Currently when adding a customer country choices are US and Canada. I deal with foreign companies, need ability to add their full address with country of origin.

    Not accepting international cards via the link is very painful. it brings the convenient factor to the other end of the spectrum.

    What choices do we have to keep cost & risk low; and make it convenient for both parties (my client & me)?
