MX Merchant Ideas

My identifying information (e.g.., license #, tax ID #) used to be located under my business name, address, and phone #.  Now it won't go there-- It can only be placed on the opposite side of the page or along the center.  Looks out of place.  Also, the information under "item" (for me, a patient name), is now on 2 lines and looks odd.  Same for the information in "description"-- it is more professional-looking on a single line instead of "column" format.  Please change it back!
