Show custom Receipt Header Message On Merchant Copy

Currently the custom receipt header messages only show on customer copy of receipts - merchants are requesting that the customer header message also print on the merchant copy.

Some merchants (doctors office for example) are required to send specific info along with a receipt to an insurance provider - we have merchants who send the merchant copy but the merchant copy is not showing the custom receipt header message like the customer copy is.
