We should be able to print what is pending in the "Cart" that way customers can look at what is in the order so far before paying for it. Also, for small food service, it would give the same experience you have at full restaurants when customers are given a "Tab" before payment is accepted.  It can be a function either in the Cart field or it can be with the payment options :Cash Check Charge Print.
