Integrate sign in process with Apple's Touch ID Finger Scanner

During sign in process create additional check box to set up touch ID.

User must enter UN and PW, then confirm approval to use stored fingerprint and requires fingerprint approval upon acceptance.

After logging out and then back in, user must enter UN (if not already stored) to enable the touch ID sign in process.
