Update customer payment history to show a copy of the receipt and tip adjustment when selected

When clicking on the customer tab and then the payment history right now the view looks just as it does on MX Express. However, when you click into the payment it shows you the order associated with it rather than showing the receipt preview and the option to send receipt, refund/void, and adjust tip. With that being said we need to make MX Retail payment view look just like we do on MX Express.
