Payment links need more options

Payment links are SO CLOSE to being useful. Here's what's needed:

  1. Easier URL manipulation - this is so challenging to explain to merchants
  2. The ability to clone a button
  3. Adding products from inventory to a button
  4. Add a "Shipping same as billing?" field, and if NO is selected, allow for a different shipping address

This feature is so close to being complete!
