Duplicate customer notification

if customer already exists, while attempting to create it again, have a pop up telling that the customer name already exists, to avoid duplicate names. Submitted by TomG on behalf of Client NCCPG

improve ACH reporting in customer profiles

if an ACH payment is returned you can find the information on the ACH report, but it would be nice for the return status to also appear in the customer's profile in some way (assuming it was created beforehand)

Notifying us if the Customer Name already exists

This would avoid adding a Customer twice. If a patient hasn't been in for a while we may not check and then there are two accounts for the same name. It can get confusing when we look at History or which Account to use

Customer Custom Fields - Adding a Link

Please consider adding the custom field option of adding a LINK to the customer. This would enable outside data to be linked directly to the customer as needed.

More credit cards allowed in account vault

I have customers with cards for each contractor within there company. The account vault will only hold 10 cards. Would be convenient if it can hold more to get around this problem.

Add the Ability to Personalize Customer Notes

Our company wants to use the Customer Note section to keep a history of the customer with us. It would be helpful to have a category marker to customize the type of note made and upload pictures/images for paperwork inclusion.
