link2pay generate invoice number

Since we moved from MX4 link2pay to MX6 link2pay or v3, link2pay no longer generates an invoice number. Merchants are used to getting that info.

Instead of free form, add a calendar into custom date search

Free form does not always pick up on the correct date when entering date ranges for custom date search. Include a calendar, that will allow a date to be selected which formats it so it is recognized.

Ability to setup Custom Roles

We have users that need access to reporting that the "read only" user role will not provide. Would be nice to have the ability to create custom roles by user as needed.

Create an additional level (Administrator/Supervisor/Clerk) to allow them to process transactions and read only reports

Feedback from merchants has been that the Supervisor level allows to much control and the Clerk not enough. Need something in the middle
