While working to collect on invoices sent to donors, one of the questions that I’ve encountered is that some have thought that they had paid. I did some research and find that the email sent with the invoice, while it clearly states that it is an invoice, it also says that it is a receipt. Can we change this message, see highlighted below, so that it says “Invoice” and not receipt?
