When a charge is done and email receipt clicked to be sent automatically it does not have the customers name on it even though I have typed the customers name in. If I print a receipt off of MX Merchant the customers name is there, but in order for the customer to get that I need to print it, scan it and resend it by email. That is not efficient. My customers pay dues for multiple people and they need to see on the receipt who the payment is for. MX Merchant 4 had a MARVELOUS receipt that contained all the necessary information including the customer name and it could be sent automatically without printing, scanning and resending. An email to get my phone number so we could discuss this would be very much appreciated.
Great news, this idea has been completed and will now be seen when you use MX Merchant! The customer name will now show regardless of how a receipt is sent, this includes the BCC option in receipt settings that automatically get sent.
Please note that a customer name must have been provided/linked when completing the payment or the card must have been swiped in order for the customer name to appear on the receipt.
