MX Merchant Ideas

When a merchant is printing a receipt, the items being sold are not displaying on receipt. If we go into the transaction detail we do show a breakdown of items.
But the customer doesn't get a description of what they bought. Merchant is using retail application and does have an inventory.
Merchant is using an IPAD, and we have attempted on google chrome (in-house) and information still doesn't go with receipt.
MXM - payments - reference ID - show advanced - that will display and "invoice items" "item" which it will be exact item description but if they select to get a receipt the information doesn't pass over.
