I used to add a lot of information on an invoice. The after i charged the credit card, I printed out the "modern receipt" which showed all info in the memo field. Now, I no longer get that type of receipt. I get a "classic receipt" which only allows 100 characters in the memo field. I want the old format back. I have complained about this to customer service for many months and I have been told you are working on this but it has never reverted back to giving me and my clients what they need, as before. Please help or I may have to change merchant processing vendor.

Thank you for the idea! Are you wanting the memo to be included on the classic style receipt? Or are you asking for the memo to be on all receipts?
